📦 Break Notice – Fulfilment & Returns Info
We're taking a short break and want to make sure you're fully informed before placing your order. Here's everything you need to know:
⏰ Break Dates
We will be away from October 28th to November 17th, 2026.
📅 Last Day for Order Fulfilment
Final fulfilment date: October 27th, 2026
Orders placed on or before October 27th will be packed and shipped as normal.
Orders placed after October 27th will be held and shipped when we return on November 17th, 2026.
🛒 Can I Still Place Orders?
Yes! The store remains open and you can still place orders while we're away.
However, please note:
Orders will not be fulfilled or shipped until November 17th.
↩️ Returns During the Break
Our returns portal will remain open, and you can still submit return requests.
However, return labels will not be generated, and returns will not be processed until we're back on November 17th, 2026.

By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and accept that:
Fulfilment is paused from October 28 to November 17
Your order will ship when fulfilment resumes on November 17
