We ask for the credit card details as a security measure. You will only be charged if you do not return your gear within 14 days of lodging the return. Once your return has been received the hold on your credit card will be released.

If you haven't put your return in the post within 14 days of lodging your Instant Exchange the full amount of the new item will be charged to your credit card.
If you misuse the service an admin may block the user from being able to use Instant Exchanges. Don't stress though you can still grab a normal exchange, store credit or refund!
